Annual Events
There are a number of annual Village Events that take place in, or around, the Village Hall:

Grimsargh Field Day
This event takes place mainly on the Village Green, but the fancy dress gathers at the Village Hall and the parade sets out from here.
Always on the fourth Saturday in June, this year it will be on Saturday the 23rd June and will be an integral part of our Grimsargh Celebrates Preston Guild Week.

Grimsargh Flower, Produce and Handicraft Show
A delightful traditional Village Show.
Always held on the second Saturday in August, this year it will be on the 11th August.

GVCA Christmas Fair
This event is always on the last Saturday in November. Hence this year it will be on November 24th.

Over 60s Christmas Party
This party is organised by a group of volunteers and traditionally supported financially by the Parish Council and the GVCA.
Being dependant on Parish Council funding, we will only know if the event is to go ahead in 2012, after a response to the grant request in June.
